ChupacabraCon Support Information

Thank you for your interest in supporting ChupacabraCon, Austin’s premier tabletop gaming convention. There are several ways you can get involved – sponsorship, vending in the dealers room, or advertising. We are expecting 500+ attendees in over 30 professional industry guests.

Sponsorship

Becoming a ChupacabraCon sponsor is the best way to engage with con-goers. Sponsors have the greatest visibility and highest value per package. Sponsor a room, an event or headline the entire conference.

Dealers

Vending in the dealer’s room is both fun and profitable! Situated in the main gaming area (ballroom) and atrium, dealers will have the benefit of foot traffic, high visibility PLUS the security of knowing that their items will be safely stored when the venue is closed and locked up for the night. Those in the ballroom will have an additional level of security as both the room itself AND the venue will be locked after hours.  Table locations are first-come, first-served.

Advertising

Too busy attending panels to run a booth? No problem! Reach your audience by advertising in in our convention booklet and/or on our website. Inexpensive and impactful, ads are a definite bonus for support at any level.

Silver Level - $5,000 (three available)
• Website posting with relay/cross-posting to social media feeds • Listing/link on website sidebar and sponsor page
• Quarter page gray scale ad in program (3.75x5")
• Single 5’x30” vendor table (if requested)
• Four full passes to event

• Name/logo on convention t-shirts
• Auction spotlight should you donate item(s) for charity auction • Include promotional materials in convention bags

Gold Level - $10,000 (two available)
• Website posting with relay/cross-posting to social media feeds, frequent mentions on feeds and in advertising
• Badge (215x110px) on website sidebar and sponsor page
• Half-page page gray scale or color ad in program (7.5x5")
• Double 5’x30” vendor table (if requested)
• Four full passes to event
• Name/logo on convention t-shirts
• Auction spotlight should you donate item(s) for charity auction
• Include promotional materials in convention bags

Platinum Level - $15,000 (one available)
• Website posting with relay/cross-posting to social media feeds, frequent mentions on feeds
• Website leader board (485x215px), badge (215x110px) on website sidebar and sponsor page
• Full-page page gray scale or color inside cover of program (7.5x10")
• Double 5’x30” vendor table and entrance exhibit space (if requested)
• Eight full passes to event
• Name/logo on convention t-shirts (top/center placement)
• Include promotional materials in convention bags
• Auction spotlight should you donate item(s) for charity auction
• Co-branding, including but not limited to guaranteed mention in all convention advertising and promotional materials
• Access to final attendee list including names and email addresses (with the exception of any who opt-out of receiving promotional materials)

Gaming Professionals Package $1,000

(price may be reduced by value of merchandise donated for auction and/or door prizes, inquire for more info)
• Dedicated 60” round gaming table (seats 8) to run demos of your company’s games in all available time slots

• Listing/link on website sidebar and sponsor page
• Website posting with relay/cross-posting to social media feeds

• Quarter page ad in program (3.75x5")
• Four full passes to event
• Include promotional materials in convention bags
• Decorate table as you see fit
• Sell merchandise directly from table

Independent Developer Package $500

(price may be reduced by value of merchandise donated for auction and/or door prizes, inquire for more info)
• Dedicated 60” round gaming table (seats 8) to run demos of your game(s) in all available time slots

• Website posting with relay/cross-posting to social media feeds • Business card sized ad in program (3.5x2")
• Two full passes to event

• Decorate table as you see fit
• Sell merchandise directly from table

Sponsor a Room $700

(price may be reduced by value of merchandise donated for auction and/or door prizes, inquire for more info)
• Decorate room with banners, table toppers, promotional materials; 1 table of your preferred size and shape will be provided to sell merchandise and/or run demos

• Listing/link on website sidebar and sponsor page
• Website posting with relay/cross-posting to social media feeds • Quarter page (3.75x5") ad in program
• Four full passes to event
• Include promotional materials in convention bags

Sponsor an Event –Pricing Varies

• Room/table setup and decoration will depend on the nature of the event you host
• Captive audience

• Two-Four full passes to event depending on nature of event

ChupacabraCon Dealer Room

PRICING
• Single - one 3x6 table = $125
• Double - two adjacent 3x6 tables (limited) = $225 • Half - share a table with another vendor = $75

Wifi and outlets will be provided. We strongly recommend that if you require power that you bring extension cords. Each vendor is entitled to two badges for the full conference. Additional badges may be purchased for the discounted rate of $25 each. Because of limited space in the room, each vendor is limited to two spaces maximum unless special arrangements have been made. Prices include two chairs per table. Additional chairs are available but may not fit comfortably. Tables will be covered with a neutral colored tablecloth and skirt. You may adapt the space to accommodate other tradeshow display formats.

 

Load in: 10am Friday

Out by: 6pm Sunday

Room opens at 8am daily and closes at midnight.  You may cover your booth and close whenever you feel it is appropriate.  Most close down 8pm Friday and Saturday, 5pm Sunday.

WiFi and power are free! Bring an extension chord.

Each table is 3x6 and comes with 2 chairs.  Please let us know if you require more chairs or other special accommodations.

Advertising is separate from Sponsorship or Vendor Contracts and do not entitle the advertising entity badges the full conference. Advertisers may purchase up to four badges for the discounted rate of $25 each. Due to printing limitations we are not able to provide full bleed on any ads.
